Retail and wholesale sales.

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading facilitation.

Remote vaulting and secure storage services in Dubai.

Buyback services.

3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Transactions and Pricing

All prices for precious metals are subject to change based on global market fluctuations and are confirmed at the time of transaction finalization.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of inventory.

Payment must be completed using one of our accepted methods (e.g., bank transfer, card payment) as outlined on the Site.

5. Storage Services

Metals stored in our vaults are held in your name. A separate storage agreement will detail the specific terms, fees, and procedures for retrieval or sale.

We maintain high-security standards; however, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Monero FZCO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Monero FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site or Services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
